The promo reinforced the tone set by his earlier attack. Cass isn’t returning as a nostalgic figure or a redemption story — he’s positioning himself as a threat to anyone who crosses his path. Evans simply happened to be the first name on the list.
Cass’ comeback marks his first WWE appearance since his 2018 release, which stemmed from backstage issues and creative conflicts. After time away from the ring, he rebuilt his career through stints in TNA and AEW, eventually resurfacing in WWE with a new edge and a clear mission.
With Cass now active on RAW and openly declaring his intent to “stack bodies,” the roster may have to brace for a wave of violence as he begins carving out his place in the company once again.
