Death Before Dishonor featured several successful title defenses, but the event also produced championship changes. Lethal Twist captured the ROH Trios Championships, while Action Andretti defeated Lio Rush in a Fight Without Honor to become the new ROH World Television Champion.

The ROH World Championship remained with Bandido after he successfully defended against Nick Wayne. Athena also continued her reign as ROH Women’s World Champion by defeating Hazuki.

The event also saw Sky Team successfully defend the ROH Tag Team Championships against three opposing teams, while Deonna Purrazzo and Lee Moriarty retained their respective singles championships.
