NXT Heatwave – Title Unification Match
Zaria vs. Wren Sinclair vs. Kali Armstrong – NXT Women’s North American & WWE Women’s Speed Championships
The bell hit and Wren Sinclair stepped back, letting Zaria and Kali Armstrong tear into each other first. Sinclair jumped in just long enough to get rolled up by Zaria, and the match exploded into a flurry of fast near falls. Sinclair kicked Armstrong into Zaria, Zaria slammed Armstrong, and Sinclair kicked Zaria in the head to break everything up.
To their credit, the opening stretch stayed a true three‑way fight — no lazy “toss someone out and stall” formula. Armstrong cracked Sinclair hard enough to send her rolling outside. She clotheslined Zaria out next and revved up for a dive, but Sinclair grabbed her ankle and yanked her to the floor. Armstrong fought her off, sprinted around the ring, and ran over Zaria. She tried the same on Sinclair, but Sinclair moved and Armstrong crashed into the stairs.
Back inside, Zaria bounced Sinclair’s head off the buckles. Sinclair countered into a submission attempt, Zaria muscled out, and Sinclair tried for Three Amigos. Armstrong cut her off before the third. Armstrong charged Zaria, but Zaria was ready and dumped her over the ropes.
Zaria dragged Sinclair toward the post and hung her from the second rope. Armstrong climbed up and slapped on a sleeper from the top, Zaria hoisted her on her shoulders, Sinclair ran in for a powerbomb — and the whole thing collapsed into chaos. Sinclair managed a superplex out of the mess, but Armstrong flattened her with a spinebuster right after.
Sinclair fired off rapid strikes on both opponents but couldn’t keep either down. She climbed and hit a double crossbody, still no pins. Zaria clotheslined Sinclair and suplexed Armstrong. Zaria lifted Sinclair for a fireman’s carry, Sinclair countered into a sleeper, and Zaria cannonballed into Armstrong with Sinclair still on her back.
All three traded shots until Sinclair got knocked outside by a double headbutt. Armstrong powerbombed Zaria, Sinclair broke the pin, then rolled Armstrong up for two. Zaria blasted both with a double spear.
Armstrong hit Sinclair with the Kali Connection and powerslammed Zaria. Zaria answered back, and they traded until Armstrong got knocked out of the ring. Sinclair grabbed Zaria and locked in the final Wrench submission, but Zaria refused to quit. Armstrong dragged Sinclair out and powerslammed her on the floor.
Armstrong slid back in — and Zaria speared her clean. Zaria followed with an F5 and covered her.
Cruz Montana Backstage Interview
Winner (and new Unified North American & Speed Champion): Zaria
Cruz Montana appeared in a brightly lit bathroom‑style setting, speaking with the same grounded intensity he’s carried since stepping into NXT. He talked about struggle being the story of his life — nothing handed to him, everything earned the hard way. Montana said the chaos of a four‑way isn’t a disadvantage for him, it’s where he thrives. He’s willing to go to hell and back if that’s what it takes to walk out with the NXT Championship.
NXT Tag Team Championship
Myles Borne & Tavion Heights (c) vs. Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) w/ Myka Lockwood
Borne and Baylor opened with heavy uppercuts, trading control until Baylor tried stealing one with a quick roll‑up. Smokes tagged in, Heights answered, hoisted him on his shoulders, and Borne tagged for a shot before Heights suplexed Smokes straight to the floor.
Vanity Project regrouped with Lockwood, then Baylor rolled in and lit up Borne. Smokes worked Borne’s back on the outside, rolled him in, and drove knees into the spine. Borne looked shaken enough for the ref to check on him, giving Smokes room to stomp him in the corner.
Baylor tagged in and they ran fast‑tag double‑teams in their corner. Borne reached for Heights, but Baylor knocked Heights off the apron. Smokes came in and the beating continued. Borne finally blocked a double‑team and spun it into a hot tag.
Heights stormed in, throwing Baylor and Smokes around with suplexes and slams. He locked an ankle lock on Baylor, gutwrenched Smokes, then reapplied the hold. Smokes dragged Baylor to the ropes. Heights broke, took a dropkick, and Lockwood hopped on the apron long enough for Smokes to chop‑block him.
Smokes suplexed Heights and dropped a knee on his head for two. Borne clawed back to the apron, begging for a tag, and Heights dove for it. Borne exploded in, taking both challengers to the woodshed. He hit a neckbreaker on Baylor, Smokes broke the pin.
Heights tossed Smokes over the ropes. Baylor covered Borne for two. Borne fired back with a high knee, and the champs hit stereo belly‑to‑belly suplexes. Heights lifted Baylor for a powerbomb, Borne added a dropkick to spike it.
Heights kicked Smokes and called for a tag — but Borne was still down outside. Baylor tagged in, Vanity Project tried a double suplex, Heights countered and suplexed them both. Borne dragged himself back to the apron and caught a blind tag. Baylor held him while Smokes climbed, but Heights knocked Smokes off before he could fly.
All four slugged it out. Heights went over the ropes, dragging Smokes with him. Borne suplexed Baylor, but Baylor answered with a knee. Baylor shoved Borne into Heights, knocking Heights off the apron. Vanity Project swarmed Borne with a double‑team and held him down for the pin.
Winners (and new NXT Tag Team Champions): Vanity Project
Submission Match Jaida Parker vs. Nattie w/ Karmen Petrovic & Nikkita Lyons
Nattie charged straight at Jaida Parker and they rolled across the mat until Nattie bailed to the floor. Parker followed, and the fight spilled up the ramp. Nattie threw Parker into the apron and shoved her through the barricade. Parker fired back and jawed with Lyons and Petrovic before sliding into the ring. Nattie regrouped and joined her.
Parker hammered Nattie on the mat until Nattie answered with strikes of her own. Parker threw her into the corner and worked her over. Both kept hunting for openings, each trying to catch the other in a submission. Nattie landed a discus anvil and stomped Parker. She went for the Sharpshooter, Parker countered into an abdominal stretch, Nattie reversed into one of her own, and they stayed tangled for a long stretch until Parker finally dropped her and stomped away.
Petrovic jumped onto the apron to distract the ref while Lyons yanked Parker’s hair. Suddenly Los Perros Del Mal appeared at the top of the ramp. Petrovic immediately abandoned Nattie and Lyons to join them, leaving Lyons stunned. In the ring, Nattie threw Parker into the ropes and unloaded strikes.
Nattie stomped Parker’s knee, but Parker cracked her with a heavy right hand. Parker clubbed Nattie down and draped her on the second rope for a hip attack. She locked in Rings of Saturn in the center, leaving Nattie nowhere to go. Nattie rolled through and grabbed a choke of her own. Parker broke it, so Nattie switched to an armbar. Parker stood, lifted her, and slammed her free.
Parker tried a scoop slam, Nattie countered into an ankle lock. Off that, Nattie finally got the Sharpshooter. Parker dragged them to the ropes and slid out — right into a superkick from Lyons. Thea Hail sprinted in and chased Lyons off.
Back inside, Nattie tried to take Parker down again, but Parker countered and shoved her out. Parker followed, threw her back in, and chop‑blocked the knee. She locked in the Sharpshooter dead‑center. Nattie tried to fight out, but Parker sank deeper and deeper until Nattie had no escape left.
Nattie tapped.
Winner: Jaida Parker
Backstage – Kendal Grey & Wren Sinclair
Wren Sinclair was still shaken from her earlier loss, and Kendal Grey tried to calm her down. Sinclair kept worrying about Grey’s head injury from a few weeks back, but eventually let her go, sending the champion toward the ring for her title defense.
NXT Women’s Championship
Kendal Grey (c) vs. Kelani Jordan
Kelani Jordan earned this shot the classic NXT way — complaining until someone gave her what she wanted. Kendal Grey finally got tired of hearing it and handed her a contract on the spot. Heatwave made it official.
They went back and forth right off the bell until Jordan dropkicked Grey out of the ring. Jordan followed with a moonsault from the ropes, but Grey cracked her with an uppercut and threw her back inside. Jordan hit an armdrag, they collided with a double clothesline, and both popped up with a double kip‑up.
Jordan grabbed a headlock, Grey countered into a headscissor, Jordan flipped it into her own, and Grey answered with a pair of gutwrench takedowns. Grey hit a back elbow and dodged Jordan long enough to land a dropkick.
Jordan hit a DDT through the ropes and hammered Grey’s injured ear with repeated elbows. She stayed in control with a facelock until Grey powered out and threw strikes. Jordan sent her down and dropped a knee on the head for two. Jordan followed with a shoulder breaker for another two, and Grey started looking dazed.
Jordan kicked her in the head and charged. Grey caught her and threw her over the ropes. Jordan returned and Grey hit a moonsault for a 2.5 count. Grey chopped Jordan and they traded until Grey scored knockdowns and tossed Jordan with a suplex. Grey dropped the straps and hit a pair of overhead throws.
Jordan countered a DDT with a Northern Lights suplex and tore the bandage off Grey’s ear with more shots. Grey caught her off the ropes with a powerslam, but Jordan kicked out. Grey went for Shades of Grey, Jordan countered into a backbreaker. Jordan climbed for a 450, Grey moved and rolled her into an ankle lock. Jordan shoved her into the corner, Grey climbed, and Jordan shoved her off the ringpost — sending Grey head‑first onto the announce table.
Jordan threw her back inside and hit a split‑legged moonsault. Grey spilled out of the ring, struggling with her balance. Jordan bounced her head off the announce table again. She whipped Grey into the corner, smashing her off the buckles, stood on Grey’s head, and dropped another knee on the ear. Jordan unloaded punch after punch on the injury.
Jordan hoisted Grey up top for a superplex, Grey fought her off and hit a reverse Spanish Fly. Jordan dragged Grey to the apron, Grey tried a suplex to the floor, Jordan blocked, took out the knees, and rolled into a cutter for two. Jordan hit a springboard forearm. Winner (and new NXT Women’s Champion): Kelani Jordan
Backstage – Robert Stone Interview
Robert Stone kept things short and smug. He said he’s already cooking up plans for the new NXT Tag Team Champions, Vanity Project, and then dropped the big announcement: Halloween Havoc will air live on Halloween night. Stone treated it like a gift he personally bestowed on the brand.
Naraku vs. Shiloh Hill – Video Package
A dark, uneasy vignette ran for Tuesday’s match. Shiloh Hill has become obsessed with Naraku’s poison mist — fascinated to the point of anger, like he wants to understand it and destroy it at the same time. Naraku promised to drag Hill into “darkness,” making it clear this isn’t just a fight, it’s a ritual.
Locker Room – Myles Borne & Tavion Heights
Inside the Locker Room Playset, Myles Borne and Tavion Heights sat with the weight of losing the Tag Titles still hanging over them. Heights was crushed, but focused. He told Borne they have to keep the North American Championship around his waist now — no matter what. Heights pushed him to even the score with Vanity Project, making it clear revenge is the next priority.
NXT North American Championship Myles Borne (c) vs. Jackson Drake w/ Vanity Project
Borne came in already battered from the tag title loss, and Jackson Drake tried to jump on that immediately. Borne saw it coming, fired punches, and clotheslined Drake over the ropes — going with him. Drake kicked Borne’s head into the steps and tried a suplex on the floor, but Borne reversed and hit one of his own.
Tavion Heights arrived to watch Borne’s back. Borne threw Drake into the ring and walked into a dropkick. They spilled over the ropes again, both struggling to stand. Drake sent Borne into the steps and mouthed off at Heights.
Drake rolled Borne in and hit running knees. He kept working the ribs and back, picking up where Smokes and Baylor left off earlier. Borne caught him with a high dropkick but had trouble getting upright. Drake lifted him, Borne countered into a DDT, but took another shot to the ribs on the landing. Borne hit a powerslam for two.
Drake countered Borne Again and hit a cutter for two. Borne slipped outside, Drake dove on him, threw him back in, and went for a 450. Borne dodged, Drake hit a gutbuster for two. Borne answered with another dropkick and then powerbombed Drake twice — 2.5 count.

Winner (and new NXT North American Champion): Jackson Drake
After the match, Borne snapped. He hit Borne Again on Tavion Heights and walked out.
Kam Hendrix Promo
Kam Hendrix cut a sharp promo on Mason Rook, calling Rook an “everyman” while positioning himself as the star. Hendrix said Rook tried to end his career, but he bounced back, and on Tuesday he’ll beat Rook and start climbing toward the top.
Fatal 4‑Way for the NXT Championship
Tony D’Angelo (c) vs. Grayson Waller vs. Cruz Montana vs. Zilla Fatu
Grayson Waller jumped Tony D’Angelo at the bell while Cruz Montana and Zilla Fatu traded heavy shots in the corner. Once Tony spilled outside, Fatu found himself fighting both challengers at once, but he held his ground until Tony came back in and planted him with a spinebuster, sending Fatu to the floor.
Cruz blindsided Tony and tossed him out, then launched over the top rope to wipe out the field. He dragged Waller back inside and hit rolling suplexes until Waller chopped him in the throat. Outside, Tony and Fatu brawled up the ramp while Cruz hit a backbreaker on Waller. Fatu whipped Tony into the post and suplexed him on the floor.
Waller dropped Cruz face‑first, then went outside to stomp Tony and throw Fatu into the steps. Back inside, Cruz tried a sunset flip, Waller kicked him in the face, then hit a neckbreaker. Tony tried climbing in, Waller knocked him down. Fatu climbed, Waller threw Cruz at him, then threw Cruz at Tony. Fatu finally got back in and knocked Waller straight into Tony’s arms for a Death Valley Driver.
Cruz and Fatu stood center‑ring trading chops until Fatu caught him with a throat punch. Tony stepped in and squared up with Fatu, both hitting shoulder blocks until Tony dropped him with a clothesline. Waller yanked Tony out of the ring and Tony dropped him spine‑first on the apron. Tony hit exploders on Cruz and Fatu.
Tony and Cruz brawled outside until Cruz ended up jammed into the steel steps. Tony cannonballed him in the steps, then pulled out a chair and a table. Waller cut him off and shoved the table back under the ring just to irritate the crowd. Tony hit a fuggeddaboutit suplex, Waller raked the eyes, stomped him, and Cruz and Fatu finally woke up on the outside.
Cruz climbed, Waller grabbed him, and Fatu and Tony grabbed Waller — Cruz hit a super blockbuster on Waller. Nobody likes Grayson Waller.

Waller clutched his leg while Tony and Cruz met in the ring. They slugged it out, Cruz hit a superkick, Tony hit a German, Cruz hit Spin the Block — but before he could cover, Waller slid in, threw Cruz out, and stole the pin.
