Natalya Turns on Maxxine Dupri – The WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship was defended during today’s episode of WWE RAW from The SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland, as Becky Lynch put the title on the line against Maxxine Dupri of Alpha Academy. Competing in Ireland, Lynch received a strong reaction from the crowd, though she quickly attempted to shut it down with a sharp heel promo before the match officially began.
Maxxine Dupri was not alone for the championship bout. Natalya accompanied her to ringside after the two were shown together in a backstage segment earlier in the show. During that exchange, Natalya explained that she felt the need to be there for Dupri, continuing their on-screen alliance heading into the title match.
Once the bell rang, Lynch largely controlled the early portions of the contest. The match extended through a commercial break, with the champion keeping Dupri grounded and limiting her offense. After the break, Dupri managed to rally and put together several sequences, briefly shifting momentum. Despite the surge, she was unable to secure a three-count against the champion.

Midway through the match, Lynch removed the padding from the top turnbuckle, exposing the steel beneath. The spot was teased several times as the match continued. Later, Dupri locked in an ankle lock, forcing Lynch into a vulnerable position. During the exchange, Lynch was sent into the exposed turnbuckle. Dupri followed up with a pin attempt that appeared close to ending the match, but Natalya placed Lynch’s foot on the bottom rope to break the count.
Dupri immediately questioned Natalya’s actions, creating a moment of confusion. That hesitation proved costly, as Lynch recovered and delivered the Man-Handle Slam to retain the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Natalya watched the finish with visible frustration and disappointment.
After the match, Natalya entered the ring and attacked Dupri. She berated her former protégé, shouting, You’re never gonna learn! Natalya attempted to provoke Dupri into striking her before laying her out again, leaving Dupri down as RAW moved on.
