Independent Star Alex Gracia Appears on WWE RAW – The identity of the medical professional who tended to Dominik Mysterio during the July 21 episode of WWE RAW has been revealed. Independent wrestling star Alex Gracia was the woman who appeared as a ringside doctor during a key moment in the ongoing storyline between Mysterio and AJ Styles.
The segment occurred during the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match featuring The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Mysterio attempted to interfere in the match but was accidentally knocked down by his own stablemate, Rodriguez. Selling the effects of the collision, Mysterio called for help. That’s when Gracia appeared from the back dressed as a WWE medical official, checking on him as the scene played out.
Later in the same segment, AJ Styles emerged in disguise, dressed as another medical staffer. He ambushed Mysterio, continuing their feud and setting the stage for a major SummerSlam showdown. In a key development, it was announced that Dominik Mysterio has officially been cleared for competition and will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Styles at SummerSlam.
Alex Gracia later confirmed her participation in the segment on social media. Known as “The Pink Dream,” Gracia has wrestled for a number of high-profile promotions, including AEW, TNA, ROH, and Mexico’s CMLL. She’s also a standout in Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling, where she is a two-time Diamonds Division Champion.
Gracia is set to return to the ring this coming Saturday, July 26, for Reality of Wrestling. She will challenge Gigi Rey for the Glory World Championship, continuing to build momentum both on the independent circuit and in high-profile appearances like this one on RAW.
