In the back, Dominik Mysterio sees AJ Styles dressed up as a valet, taunting him about getting cleared today.

We are live from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, as CM Punk makes his way to the ring to start the show.

Punk says he is happy to be here and he says he had a few goals when he returned.  He wanted to main event Wrestlemania and become the WWE Champion.  One was achieved, but things have gotten in the way of the other.  Now he can focus on being World Champion.  After last week, he is the number one contender for Gunther’s title.  He says Gunther is one of the best wrestlers in the world.  He says he is looking very forward to lacing up and locking up with Gunther.  He says he cannot guarantee a win, but with you cheering for him in the arena or at home, he promises he will leave it all in the ring.  He says he will not quit.  He says he will give everything he has.

He says Gunther is one of the best in the world.  He was IC champion for 666 days and he is a two time World Champion.  Punk says he has two weeks to prepare but Punk says he has been doing this his entire career.  He tells Gunther and his fans, he is not any other wrestler or any other contender.  He is the best in the world.

Gunther’s music interrupts and Gunther makes his way to the ring.

Gunther says he is excited to hear and he says he did not come out to throw insults at Punk or create any drama.  He points out that they are both here for the same reason.  Not to make friends, but make money and win championships.  They both consider each other the best in the world.  You have a massive ego and Gunther says he has a massive ego.  Gunther says his ego is justified.  It is not based on what they think.  Gunther says his ego is based on his results.  The best in the world is the man who holds the World Championship.  Gunther says he only cares about what happens after the bell rings.  He will make sure that Punk regrets ever stepping in a wrestling ring.  He says he will tap him out and make Punk realize that he was right that Punk will never be World Champion or best in the world.

Gunther says he gets to have the degenerates chant for him for the rest of his life.

Paul Heyman walks out with Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, this week’s special briefcase concierge.

Paul says he is here with the future of the entire industry, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.  Before ‘he’ comes out, he says he has a lot of things to get off his chest.

Roman Reigns’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Paul holds his hand out, thinking that Roman is a raptor at Jurassic World.

He says he never wants to be disrespectful or rude.  He says the crowd is off to a bad start with him.  Paul apologizes to Roman.

Paul says he never wants to be where it seems like he would be disrespectful, rude, like someone born in Texas.  Paul says so Roman knows, Seth Rollins will be out of action for a long, long time.  That opens up a leadership void over here.  That means we can put this back together.  We are better together.  You will always be his family because he says he loves his tribal chief.

Paul hands the mic to Roman and Roman takes his.

Roman says to put this on pause because he has something to do.  Roman wants some acknowledgment.

Paul holds up his finger and Roman is not in a good mood.

Roman wants to know what was Paul talking about.   Does Paul want him to lead?  A few years ago, he would have said those are wise words from a wise man.  You aren’t a wise man any more.  You are a dumbass.

Paul and Reed have to hold Bron back.

Roman tells Bron to sit under the learning tree and write this down.  He will do the same thing that Paul did to him.  Paul will take all of the credit when you are on top.  A lot have taken responsibility for creating the Tribal Chief.  Roman says it wasn’t him.  Roman says the only reason he is who he is, is because they still acknowledge him.   Roman says he was a champion too.  He says he was the greatest champion to set foot in this ring.  That man had a part in that.  He didn’t have any part in him keeping that title.  How could he?  The Usos did.  Solo did.  Sami even helped out.  Roman says he lost that title.  It only took four years.  You said he tucked his tail and left.  Roman says he went home to raise the future bloodline.

Roman says when we talk about the bloodline it is about family.  Dumb ass thought they were just another faction or wrestling group.  You can create those, but you cannot create the bloodline.  That is God’s work.  Roman tells Bron to back up and he won’t say it again.  Roman says none of that bothers him.  What gets under his skin is that you used to be a friend to the family, a business partner.  Roman says he made Paul a part of the family.  You were chosen family to him and he gave you responsibility but you threw it away.

You threw it away for a best friend?  Someone he hadn’t talked to in over a decade?  You betrayed them for him.  Roman says don’t say he ruined the bloodline, this dumb ass did.

Bron asks Paul for a mic and he tells Roman to listen to him and get it through his thick skull.  Look around.  They don’t want him here any more.  You’re yesterday’s news.  You are the old dog.  You were relevant five years ago.  You are taking a spot, standing in his ring.  Bron says he knows that Paul won’t stab him in the back because he holds value.  Bron tells Roman he is worthless.  Bron says he is the big dog now.  He says he is the top dog now.  He says he is the future of WWE.  He says he is the man now.  Bron tells Roman to turn around and leave.

Roman thinks about it and he turns around… and he tells Bron he has to be honest and he says he didn’t hear any of that trash. Roman tells Bron if he wants to say it again he can use his mic.  Roman tosses him the mic and hits a Superman punch. Roman punches Reed and then Bron hits a spear on Roman.

Bron and Reed attack Roman as Jey Uso’s music plays and he makes his way tot he ring and hits super kicks and a kick on Reed.  Jey punches Bron and he does the spit punch to Bron.  Jey with a spear to Bron while Roman hits one on Reed.
