Adam Page Vs Jon Moxley Texas Death Match Set for AEW All In – Things have escalated between Jon Moxley and Adam Page as their AEW World Championship match at All In: Texas now has a brutal stipulation—Texas Death Match.
On AEW Dynamite 300, “Hangman” Adam Page didn’t waste time. After weeks of buildup, he laid down the challenge to Moxley, stating that nothing else matters more than winning the AEW World Championship. With intensity in his voice, Page reminded Moxley that he’s ready to risk everything. “Wrap a chain around my neck and hang me from the sky,” Page said, “but you’ll have to kill me before I let this chance slip away.” He challenged Moxley to make it a Texas Death Match at All In on July 12.
Moxley arrived with Marina Shafir by his side and immediately rejected the stipulation, claiming Page isn’t cut out for it. “You don’t want that match, even if you think you do,” Moxley said. He accused Page of lacking the hunger and drive required to climb AEW’s highest mountain, saying Page is only comfortable playing it safe. According to Moxley, the Owen Hart Cup win meant little because it wasn’t the ultimate test.
That disrespect was too much. Page slapped Moxley, triggering a wild brawl. Moxley tackled Page and hammered him with punches, and soon Wheeler Yuta jumped in to help. Page fought back and even pulled out a fork in an attempt to stab Moxley. Marina Shafir tried to neutralize Page but was soon overpowered. Claudio Castagnoli rushed in, attacking Page with Yuta’s help. Moxley and Shafir escaped through the crowd, but not before Claudio delivered a devastating Neutralizer to Hangman.
Refusing to back down, Page called out The Death Riders for failing to finish the job. Shafir attempted to sneak attack him with the AEW World Championship briefcase, but Page saw it coming and snatched it from her. He gave Moxley one final ultimatum—give him the Texas Death Match or lose the title briefcase. Moxley finally gave in, and the match was made official.
Page returned the briefcase—then nailed Shafir with a Buckshot Lariat, sending a clear message to Moxley and The Death Riders: nothing is off limits.
