Chris Jericho And Don Callis Tease New Alliance – Chris Jericho has been aligned with many AEW stars since the company was created. This week on AEW Dynamite, he was presented with a very interesting choice, one he gave a non-answer to.
Don Callis and Chris Jericho are friends outside the pro wrestling business, and they have a lot of history with each other. Now, it appears their union might be taken to AEW television.
Chris Jericho cut a promo on 7/5 AEW Dynamite when he was approached by Don Callis. As Kenny Omega’s former manager pitched his alliance with Chris Jericho, Callis gave it his all in the promo.
In the end, Chris Jericho asked if Don Callis was trying to get him to join his stable. Jericho then said that he doesn’t join stables, he creates them. This was followed by Jericho’s answer: “maybe.”
Chris Jericho left the ring with a smug look on his face, while Don Callis remained in the ring, looking pleased with himself. We will have to see what’s next for both of them, but this is certainly an interesting time for Jericho.
