We take a look at what happened to Xavier Woods last week.

— Kofi Kingston makes his way to the ring. We go to commercial.

In the Arena:

Kofi says there are certain moments in our lives that change us for the better or worse.  He does not know what last week has done.  To hear Xavier screaming in that cell and Kofi being unable to do anything about it.  Woods had my back but when he needed me most, I couldn’t do anything about that.  People have been disrespecting Woods for a long time.  Last week, what he showed you and everybody what he did to Bobby Lashley, he showed the world what type of competitor he is.  Bobby won the match, fair and square, but what happened after the match was not okay.  Porter locked the door and held the key in my face while Lashley had Woods in the full nelson.  I cannot get that image out of my head.   What I do know is I will make Bobby Lashley pay when I take everything from him and when I beat him at Money in the Bank and become the WWE Champion.  It’s gonna be something.

Montel Vontavious Porter’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring with Lashley’s Ladies League.

Porter says he thought he heard Kofi say that he was going to beat Lashley at the pay per view and become champion.  That is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard you say.  You say some really ridiculous things.  To be frank, we are looking forward to Money in the Bank because we will be in front of a live audience.  We are already looking past you.  You are no threat to Bobby.  Bobby asked me to convey a message to you.  He wanted you to know he enjoyed everything he did to Woods and he is looking forward to doing the same to you at Money in the Bank.  What Brock did to you will be child’s play.

Kofi says Bobby might be getting a little soft and that is coming from me.  Hell in a Cell, Drew beat Bobby within an inch of his life and without you grabbing Drew’s foot we mght have a new champion.  Xavier Woods fought with all of his heart and came this close to beating Bobby Lashley.  I have already beaten Bobby and I know I can do it again.  Bobby is looking more beatable than ever.  Each week, a layer of that All Mighty is being stripped away from Bobby.  At Money in the Bank, Bobby will be a shell of himself and he will look like you.  Hobbling around in overpriced suits trying to hold on to what he was.

Porter says he does the things he does for Lashley because we started this journey together.  He put in the work and made the sacrifice to get to the top of the mountain.  I do it because Lashley deserves the accolades.

Kofi asks if he didn’t earn what he got and if he worked hard.  For six months, I never took a day off when I was champion.  I took the title all over the world to show people anything is possible if you believe in yourself.  You got Bobby taking vacations in the middle of a title reign.  You have him taking days off and spending time with all of these women.  You take your eyes off the prize and you are going to lose that prize.

Porter asks if Kofi when he went back to Ghana to bask in the glory of being a national champion to feed your ego, that was ‘working hard’.  Porter says he respects Kofi’s optimism.  Woods was extremely optimistic about beating Bobby Lashley inside Hell in a Cell.  That didn’t happen and Woods couldn’t make it to work this week and he probably won’t make it to work next week.

Kofi says Woods will be back next week because he has heart, he is a fighter and he has resiliency.  You have been milking this knee injury for six months.

Porter says he knee is hurt and he is not cleared to compete.  If he could, he would kick Kofi’s ass.

Kofi with Trouble in Paradise on Porter.
