Amazing Red, Konnan, and ODB Inducted Into the 2026 TNA Hall of Fame at Bound for Glory

Amazing Red, Konnan, and ODB Inducted Into the 2026 TNA Hall of Fame at Bound for Glory

TNA Wrestling celebrated its storied history on Sunday afternoon, kicking off Bound for Glory 2026 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, with the prestigious TNA Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

Honoring three distinct pillars of the promotion’s legacy, the afternoon featured emotional tributes, career-defining retrospectives, and an unexpected in-ring announcement from one of the inductees.

Amazing Red Inducted by Frankie Kazarian

Frankie Kazarian took the podium to induct Amazing Red, recalling when the two first met in 2001 and how he was immediately blown away by Red’s pioneering high-risk offense and quiet, humble demeanor. Kazarian praised Red as a true attraction who had to be witnessed live, noting that his revolutionary style laid the groundwork for modern professional wrestling.

An emotional Amazing Red received a raucous “You deserve it” chant from the Tampa crowd as he took the stage with his family. Reflecting on his journey from a small Spanish kid in Brooklyn, Red thanked TNA for putting his name on the map and shared heartfelt memories of mentors and friends, including Don West, Jerry Jarrett, Jeff Jarrett, Brian XL, and Chris Divine.

Closing out his speech, Red delivered a massive surprise to the live audience, announcing that he would break his retirement to enter the X-Division Championship match later that evening.

Konnan Inducted by Cruz Montana

Tom Hannifan introduced Cruz Montana—formerly known as Mike Santana—to present the induction for Konnan. Cruz delivered a passionate, heartfelt speech detailing Konnan’s immense impact on the industry, stating that without Konnan, there would be no Rey Mysterio, Juventud Guerrera, Psicosis, or the 1990s cruiserweight boom in the United States.

Cruz credited Konnan for showing what it meant to be loud, proud, and Latino in America, noting that learning under Konnan’s tree shaped him into a multi-time world and tag team champion. Though Konnan was unable to attend the ceremony in person, Cruz proudly accepted the plaque and carried it to the backstage area on his mentor’s behalf.

ODB Inducted by Al Snow and Traci Brooks

Al Snow opened the final induction of the evening by recounting his first impressions of “Jess” during the original Tough Enough tryouts in 2001, where her powerful promo made it instantly clear she was destined for stardom. Traci Brooks followed, sharing stories of their lifelong friendship and celebrating ODB’s unapologetic, trailblazing persona in the early days of the Knockouts division.

Escorted to the stage by legendary referee Earl Hebner, a visibly moved ODB reflected on a 25-year career built on dirt roads, cheap hotels, and genuine locker room bonds. She paid tribute to her roots training under Eddie Sharkey and Danny Davis, while thanking the original Knockouts who built the division 19 years prior at Bound for Glory.

With touching shoutouts to her family, her husband Big Al, her “wrestling husband” Eric Young, and the Jarrett family for giving talent a place to be themselves, ODB capped off a heartwarming ceremony that celebrated the heart and soul of TNA Wrestling.
