Wren Sinclair Voices Frustrations Over Suspension & NXT Treatment

Suspended WWE NXT star Wren Sinclair has broken her silence following her disciplinary action on the September 8 episode, venting her growing frustrations regarding her standing within the company during an explosive interview on Busted Open Radio.

Sinclair was suspended by NXT General Manager Robert Stone after accidentally striking an official following an intense assault on NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan.

“I Have Nothing To Show For It”

Addressing her current status, Sinclair voiced resentment over her perceived lack of recognition despite almost three years of loyalty to WWE:

I feel like it just gets to a certain point. I feel like I’m someone that always wanted to be here in the WWE and as someone who is that kind of person, you learn that closed mouth, ears open. That’s what I did and I feel like I’ve done that for the past three years. Where has that gotten me? In this last year alone, I have watched so many people come in and get things that I never got. There’s people walking in the door and getting t-shirts in the trailer a week later. I’ve been here for almost three years and I don’t have anything to show for it. I was the Speed Champion, I was the last Speed Champion. Did I get a shirt for that? No. Did I get a championship celebration? No. So, it just gets to a point where it’s not only people stepping on you but it feels like the company is stepping on you. Why when I’ve been such a good little solider for them, what do I get from that? Why am I going to continue doing that, that’s literally insanity, just doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Sinclair specifically highlighted her reign as the final WWE Women’s Speed Champion, pointing out that her title victory yielded zero promotional backing or official celebration from management.

Double Standards and Breaking Point

Comparing her disciplinary action to recent main-roster disruptions, Sinclair criticized what she views as blatant hypocrisy within management:

I think it’s just something that bubbled up inside of me. Zilla Fatu literally came in during a main event match, ruined it, and what did he get? He got a championship match handed to him on a platter on a PLE. I do something, I beat the living tar out of Kelani and I accidentally hit a ref and what do I get? I get suspended. I don’t know, that was the most frustrating part because the one time that I show any bit of emotion or the one time I fall out of line, it’s a problem. But at the same time, I’m not gonna stop. Now that I’ve done this, I’ve had a taste for it.

By calling out Robert Stone and management’s double standards, Sinclair made it clear that her time being a passive team player is officially over.
