JoJo Offerman Remembers Bray Wyatt on Three-Year Anniversary of His Passing

It has been three years since the professional wrestling community was devastated by the tragic loss of Windham Lawrence Rotunda, known universally to fans as Bray Wyatt.

Wyatt passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 36 after suffering a heart attack. As the creative mastermind behind legendary personas like The Wyatt Family leader and “The Fiend,” his visionary influence and artistic legacy remain deeply felt throughout WWE and the broader industry.

Marking the solemn three-year milestone of his passing, Wyatt’s former fiancée and the mother of two of his children, Joseann “JoJo” Offerman, shared an emotional tribute on social media reflecting on her ongoing grief and enduring love.

Emotional Tribute Highlights Enduring Love and Family Legacy

In her social media statement, Offerman expressed the deep sorrow that remains three years later, while reflecting on the continued presence Wyatt holds within their family unit.

“Never would I have imagined during any of these moments that one day you wouldn’t be here anymore,” Offerman wrote. “It’s been 3 years without you Windham. 3 years since I last hugged you, or kissed your lips. 3 years since I last heard your laugh or you telling me that you love me. The pain remains the same, even if the days are a bit easier to handle.”

Offerman went on to describe how their children constantly keep their father’s memory alive in their daily lives.

“But nothing’s ever easy, it’s so hard without you,” she continued. “The kids and I miss you so much, and they never stop talking about their daddy! I just know you’re proud but there are so many moments I wish you were still here for. I hope you feel how celebrated and loved you are each day.”

She concluded her heartfelt message with a tender personal note:

“Thank you for giving us a love we will always carry with us. We love you more than anything and I’ll always be grateful for you, my forever love. Don’t forget to visit me in my dreams.”
