Solo Sikoa tried to shut the door on The Bloodline during the August 10 episode of WWE RAW, making it clear he wasn’t interested in returning even with Roman Reigns back in command. By the end of the night, Jey Uso made sure that decision was no longer Solo’s to make.
Earlier in the show, Sikoa came through the crowd to deliver his message: he was done with the family business. That moment forced Jey to confront him directly.
A Family Argument Turns Into a High-Stakes Ultimatum
Jey questioned why Solo insisted on airing their issues in front of the world. He told Solo there was only one way forward — fall in line with the OTC and stop fighting what Reigns expected.
Solo pushed back immediately. He reminded Jey of everything he achieved after leaving The Bloodline: becoming a world champion, winning the Royal Rumble, beating Gunther at WrestleMania, and connecting with fans on his own terms. In Solo’s eyes, Jey threw all of that away by returning to Reigns’ orbit.
Jey countered by pointing out that he helped raise Solo, and that Solo’s success came from the foundation The Bloodline built. When Solo still refused to return, Jey proposed a solution. They would settle it in the ring. If Jey won, Solo would be forced to face Roman Reigns. If Solo won, the family would leave him alone.
Solo accepted.
Jey Uso Defeats Solo Sikoa on WWE RAW
The match was a heavy, physical fight. Solo used his power early, drilling Jey with a lariat, a Samoan Drop, and the Ode to Rikishi. Jey kicked out each time. Solo later hit Spinning Solo, but Jey survived again.
Jimmy Uso arrived at ringside and immediately became a factor. His presence opened the door for Jey to hit a Spear, but Solo kicked out. Jimmy tried another cheap shot, only to get dropped with a Samoan Spike.
The distraction gave Jey the opening he needed. He hit another Spear, climbed to the top rope, and connected with a diving splash for the three-count.
With the victory, Jey Uso now has the authority — and obligation — to take Solo Sikoa back to Roman Reigns and The Bloodline.
