More information has surfaced regarding AEW’s internal plans for All In on August 30 at Wembley Stadium, offering a clearer picture of what the company has been building toward for months.
Omega vs. Ospreay Expected as the Main Event
Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay has reportedly been the penciled‑in main event dating back to February. Despite speculation that MJF could be added to the match, that scenario has not been under consideration. AEW has kept Omega vs. Ospreay as the direction, with no plans to turn it into a multi‑man bout.
MJF and Andrade Planned for Casino Gauntlet
MJF has been slotted for the Casino Gauntlet match since before he lost the AEW World Championship. Andrade has also been part of those plans for months. The match is expected to heavily feature both men, using their involvement to boost the star power of the lineup.
Darby Allin vs. Kevin Knight Discussed
Darby Allin vs. Kevin Knight was discussed internally as a potential match for All In. It is unclear whether that remains the plan, but the pairing was part of AEW’s early layout for the card.
Moné vs. Nightingale Was the Long‑Term Direction
Mercedes Moné challenging Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s World Championship has reportedly been the plan for months. There was internal support for adding Thekla as she gained momentum, but Moné vs. Nightingale remained the direction once Toni Storm was removed from the equation.
Nightingale’s injury forced AEW to adjust the original path toward the match, but the company still intends to deliver Moné vs. Nightingale at Wembley.
Tag Team Title Plans Remain Cope & Christian vs. Young Bucks
As of last week, the AEW World Tag Team Championship match was planned as Cope & Christian vs. The Young Bucks. Despite fan speculation about Motor City Machine Guns, FTR or Kofi Kingston & Austin Creed being added, none are expected to join the match.
FTR are already booked for other events in London during All In week, further confirming they will not be involved.
Women’s Tag Titles Also Locked In
Divine Dominion vs. Brawling Birds has reportedly been part of AEW’s plans for most of the year. The match remains locked in as one of the featured women’s bouts on the card.
Swerve Strickland Expected Back Soon
Swerve Strickland is believed to be nearing his return to AEW programming, potentially as soon as the August 12 episode of Dynamite. He is scheduled to be part of All In and is expected to re‑enter the fold shortly.
Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed Still Expected to Join AEW
