Eric Young WWE Return Speculation Following TNA Release
Reports indicate that Young’s departure was made at his own request. At the same time, there is already talk about a possible return to WWE. According to Fightful Select, Young has remained on good terms with WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque over the years. Sources within WWE have reportedly suggested that a return has always been an option for him.
It was also noted that Triple H was not supportive of Young leaving WWE during his previous run. However, Young chose to pursue his release after learning that Vince McMahon had resumed involvement with the company at that time.
There is a belief among WWE sources that Young could rejoin the promotion in the future. At this stage, it is not known what role he might take if he returns. Possibilities mentioned include an in-ring role, a backstage position, or another capacity within the company.
Additional details from his previous WWE tenure reveal that Young did not travel or appear on television despite being under contract. After exiting the company, he reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement before his departure was finalized.
Young’s release adds to the ongoing changes within TNA Wrestling, while attention now shifts to what his next move could be.
