AAA On Fox Spoilers From 6/20 – Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide returned to Merida, Yucatan with a new live event that also included multiple taped matches and segments for upcoming shows. The night was headlined by a major closing angle involving the rebirth of Los Perros del Mal.
Taped for week #2
- 3 Way Tag Team Match: Mr. Iguana & La Parka vs Drago & Dinámico vs Money Machine. Mr. Iguana & La Parka emerged victorious on this contest.
- NXT Women’s Championship Match: Lola Vice vs La Hiedra. Vice defeated La Hiedra to retain her championship and continue her long lasting rivalry with the member of Las Tóxicas.
- Damien Priest was the surprise former world champion that Rey Mysterio announced during last night’s show. Priest cut a promo, giving hints that he desires to held AAA gold.
Taped for week #3
- Lady Shani vs Flammer: Lady Shani defeated Flammer after an interference from La Catalina. The match was also featured interferences from Las Toxicas. Lady Shani and La Catalina had a confrontation after the dust settled, possibly a future AAA Reina de Reinas Contender’s match.
- Galeno vs Mecha Wolf: Galeno defeated the former member of El Ojo. Omos and Dorian Roldan watched the match closely from the ramp. Omos kept asking Dorian to get him a match with Galeno.
- El Fiscal vs Abismo Negro: The two masked luchadores kept their rivalry ignited once again in another intense singles match that ended in a no contest after Los Perros del Mal attacked both competitors. Ultimately, they ended up focusing El Fiscal and fully attacked him the same way they did to El Grande Americano to a loud reception.
The show firmly established the return of Los Perros del Mal as a central storyline heading toward Verano de Escandalo and the road to Triplemania 34 in September.
