Blake Monroe has made her intentions clear on WWE SmackDown, signaling that she is aiming for the top of the women’s division, currently led by WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley.
On the May 29, 2026 episode of SmackDown, WWE aired another diary-style vignette for Monroe as part of her ongoing introduction to the main roster. While previous segments focused on establishing her character, this latest video directly addressed the championship picture and Ripley’s status as titleholder.
The vignette showed Monroe writing in a diary while reflecting on several top names in the SmackDown women’s roster, including Ripley, who is scheduled to defend her championship against Jade Cargill at Clash in Italy.
Monroe’s comments focused heavily on Ripley’s presence and personality.
“Dear diary, there are so many fascinating women in that SmackDown locker room. Take for example Rhea Ripley. Such presence, such brutality, such delicious misery wrapped in all that black leather,” Monroe said.
She went on to suggest that Ripley’s intimidating persona may be masking deeper personal struggles, arguing that the champion projects strength while dealing with internal issues.
Monroe then contrasted herself with the champion, stating she does not rely on intimidation to stand out in WWE’s women’s division.
“But I don’t need a fake bravado to make a splash. I turn heads just by showing up. You can run from your fears all you want but you can’t run from me. I’m the stuff of nightmares and I’m dressed as beautiful as a dream,” she added.
She closed the promo with a direct warning aimed at the entire SmackDown roster.
“Don’t get too comfortable, because the Glamour is coming to SmackDown. Yours truly, Blake Monroe.”
The vignette represents Monroe’s strongest statement since her arrival on SmackDown. WWE has gradually introduced her through a series of segments, including her first on-screen interaction on the May 22 episode of SmackDown, where she met Chelsea Green backstage.
Now Monroe appears fully focused on the championship scene, with Ripley positioned as her primary target as her main roster run develops.
