Brock Lesnar Confirms Royal Rumble Return In Saudi Arabia – Brock Lesnar has officially confirmed that he will be competing at the WWE Royal Rumble in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Lesnar revealed the news during a call-in appearance on Wednesday’s episode of The Pat McAfee Show, leaving no room for ambiguity about his intentions.
“I’m headed to the Royal Rumble, boys. I’m going to win it,” Lesnar said. “I’m going. Yes, sir.”
He also made it clear that conditioning will not be an issue heading into the event.
“I’m in shape, we’re going to do this.”
The announcement puts an end to weeks of speculation surrounding Lesnar’s status ahead of the 2026 Royal Rumble, which will mark the first time the event has ever been held in Saudi Arabia. Lesnar’s confirmation immediately positions him as one of the most dangerous and credible threats in the men’s Royal Rumble match, given his history in the stipulation and his track record in high-profile WWE events.
Lesnar has not competed in a traditional singles or multi-man match since WWE Survivor Series, where he took part in the men’s WarGames match. At that event, he teamed with The Vision and Drew McIntyre in a winning effort against CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos, and Roman Reigns. That appearance marked a major return to action following a lengthy absence.
Prior to Survivor Series, Lesnar wrestled at WrestlePalooza on September 20, 2025, defeating John Cena in a marquee matchup. That show was notable as the first WWE premium live event to air on ESPN. The bout against Cena was also Lesnar’s first match for the company since his loss to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023.
With Lesnar now officially declaring himself for the Royal Rumble, the field becomes even more unpredictable. His past Royal Rumble performances have often been defined by dominance and destruction, and his public declaration of intent suggests he is entering the match with a clear objective.
The Royal Rumble takes place this Saturday from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Lesnar now confirmed as a participant and openly stating his goal of winning it all.
