AEW Collision Sees Ratings Increase With November 8 Episode – AEW Collision experienced a notable uptick in viewership for its November 8 episode on TNT. According to Programming Insider, the show drew 289,000 viewers, marking an increase from the 217,000 who tuned in the previous week on November 1.
In the key 18–49 demographic, Collision scored a 0.06 rating, doubling its 0.03 rating from the prior week. The show ranked 10th on cable for the night, signaling a solid rebound in audience engagement.
The top cable program of the evening was B1G Live on the Big Ten Network, which attracted 720,000 viewers and a 0.21 demo rating. The night overall was dominated by Fox’s broadcast of the Indiana vs. Penn State college football game, which brought in 6.03 million viewers.
This increase for AEW Collision comes as Nielsen officially transitions to a new hybrid measurement system known as “Big Data + Panel TV.” The model merges traditional panel-based tracking with large-scale data from millions of connected devices. Nielsen now collects audience metrics not only from its selected panels but also through cable boxes, smart TVs, and streaming devices across roughly 45 million households and 75 million devices, including platforms like Comcast, Dish, DIRECTV, Roku, and Vizio.
The impact of this shift is being felt across the television industry, particularly in live programming such as professional wrestling, where accurate audience measurement plays a major role in network decisions and advertising strategies.
AEW’s digital presence also continues to contribute to its overall reach. The top five AEW Collision clips from November 8 on YouTube were:
