
Justin Credible Asks Fans for Help After Car Accident – Former WWE and ECW star Justin Credible (real name PJ Polaco) has reached out to fans on social media asking for financial assistance following a recent car accident. Polaco revealed that the incident occurred last Thursday night and left him temporarily stranded in Philadelphia after being released from the hospital.
“I hate to ask. I know a lot of u have certain feelings about me but Thursday night I got into an accident,” Polaco wrote. “I’ve been in Philadelphia at a hospital since then. I’ve been discharged, but I don’t have gas money to get home or tolls if there’s any way you guys can bless me.”
The former ECW World Heavyweight Champion’s plea comes amid his ongoing struggles with addiction and personal hardships, which he has been open about over the years. Polaco has publicly discussed his battles with drug and alcohol abuse, including multiple relapses, legal issues, and time spent in WWE-sponsored rehabilitation programs. He has also credited several wrestling figures, including Diamond Dallas Page and Jake “The Snake” Roberts, for helping him during his recovery.
Throughout his career, Polaco became best known for his run as Justin Credible in ECW, where he captured the ECW World Heavyweight Championship and twice held the ECW World Tag Team Titles alongside Lance Storm. In WWE, he performed as Aldo Montoya and later became an eight-time Hardcore Champion. Though he has retired from full-time competition, he continues to make appearances on the independent circuit.
Polaco’s social media post received messages of concern and support from fans and peers in the wrestling community as he continues to recover from the accident.
