Jazmyn Nyx Departs WWE Following Fatal Influence Breakup – The NXT faction Fatal Influence has officially imploded, and with the group’s collapse comes the confirmed departure of Jazmyn Nyx from WWE. On the most recent episode of NXT, the 27-year-old was written out of storylines in a segment that doubled as her real-life exit from the company. PWInsiderElite.com reported that Nyx’s departure is not due to injury or a main roster call-up but rather the expiration of her WWE contract.
For several weeks, tension had been brewing within Fatal Influence. NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne repeatedly clashed with both Fallon Henley and Nyx, creating a rift that deepened after the trio suffered a loss in a six-woman tag team match during last week’s “NXT Homecoming” special. On this week’s broadcast, Jayne delivered a solo promo without her stablemates, signaling a potential split.
Later in the night, a loud crash was heard backstage. Jayne and Henley arrived to find Nyx laid out on the floor. Rather than showing concern, Jayne dismissed the situation, telling Henley, “it’s time we dropped her anyway,” before walking away with Henley, leaving Nyx behind and effectively ending her run with the group and WWE.
Jazmyn Nyx, whose real name is Jade Arianna Gentile, signed a WWE developmental deal in 2022 after a professional soccer career. She began wrestling on NXT live events in 2023 and made her television debut in early 2024 as a member of the Chase University faction. After turning on her Chase U teammates, she aligned with Jayne and Henley to form Fatal Influence, quickly becoming a prominent presence in NXT’s women’s division as Jayne captured the NXT Women’s Championship.
Nyx’s departure marks the end of a brief but impactful WWE stint, leaving her future in professional wrestling open as she exits the company on her own terms.
