Killer Kross On WWE Exit: “It’s Not A F**king Work” – Killer Kross, formerly known to WWE fans as Karrion Kross, made a shocking return to Game Changer Wrestling at the GCW Homecoming event on August 23. Alongside his wife, Scarlett, Kross resurfaced in dramatic fashion, targeting Matt Cardona and putting an end to recent speculation about his WWE status.
The surprise took place during Cardona’s match against Shotzi Blackheart. Disguised as druids, Kross and Scarlett stormed the ring, ambushing Cardona and shifting the momentum in Shotzi’s favor, ultimately allowing her to score the victory. Their return not only disrupted the match but also set the stage for Kross to deliver a fiery message to the wrestling world.
Backstage, Kross and Shotzi cut a promo that directly addressed the conversation surrounding his WWE departure. Holding a violin, Kross mocked the speculation with a sarcastic tune: “I lost my dream job and I’m so sad. This isn’t WWE.” He then smashed the instrument, shouting, “It’s clearly not a fcking work,” making it clear that his contract expiration on August 10 was legitimate. He followed up by declaring that he wasn’t sad and was ready to get back to “fcking people up.”
The return marks Kross’s first major appearance since leaving WWE, ending weeks of uncertainty about his next move. While his in-ring plans beyond GCW have yet to be detailed, his next confirmed appearance will be at The Big Event EXS convention in November. The intense promo from his GCW return is available on his official social media channels.
