Braun Strowman Blasts WWE in Support of Karrion Kross – As noted, Triple H’s post WWE SummerSlam media appearance took an unexpected turn when fans in attendance began loudly chanting “We want Kross.” The chants broke out while Triple H was addressing Brock Lesnar’s shocking return to close out the event.
Triple H didn’t ignore the crowd’s reaction. Instead, he responded directly, saying, “You want Brock? You got him,” as a way to shift the focus back to Lesnar’s return.
Karrion Kross wasted no time responding to the chants and Triple H’s comments. Taking to social media, Kross posted: “Unreal. They write the scripts… But the fans write the truth. Thank you, Tick tock.”
The post drew widespread attention, including a sharp response from former WWE star Braun Strowman, who was released earlier this year and is now officially a free agent, replied directly to Kross’ comments. Strowman didn’t hold back, writing: “You know they don’t care about the fans!!!!! They care about nepotism ass kisser’s and there buddies!!!!”
Strowman had previously returned to WWE in 2022 during the early stages of Triple H’s creative control but was released again this past May. Despite his release, Strowman is still involved with WWE Studios through a new TV series titled “Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman,” which is scheduled to debut on the USA Network this fall.
Although there is no official word on WWE’s plans for Karrion Kross, the SummerSlam chants and the online buzz could potentially influence creative decisions moving forward. However, Triple H’s deflection suggests the focus remains on Lesnar’s new program with John Cena, reportedly part of Cena’s final WWE run.
