AEW Worlds End 2025 Set for December 27 – All Elite Wrestling has officially announced the return of AEW Worlds End, set for Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois—just outside of Chicago. AEW President Tony Khan confirmed the date and location in a press release that also highlighted the event’s symbolic importance to the company’s origins.
“I thought it would be great for the first time ever, this holiday season, to bring AEW Worlds End to the Chicagoland area,” said Khan. The NOW Arena holds a special place in AEW’s history, as it was the site of the landmark All In pay-per-view in 2018, an independent event widely recognized as the precursor to the formation of AEW.
“I’m very excited to announce December 27th, for the first time ever, Worlds End is coming to Chicago… the NOW Arena, where it all began for us,” Khan added.
Tickets for AEW Worlds End 2025 will go on sale to the general public on Monday, September 8. AEW Insiders will have access to a presale, although specific presale dates have yet to be announced.
The show will mark AEW’s final pay-per-view event of the year and cap off a busy late-2025 schedule. Prior to Worlds End, AEW will present Forbidden Door on August 24 in London, All Out on September 20 in Toronto, and WrestleDream on October 18 in St. Louis.
The NOW Arena’s selection for Worlds End is not just a geographical nod but a return to the roots of AEW’s identity, reinforcing the company’s connection to the fanbase that helped launch its rise from an ambitious idea to a global wrestling promotion.
