1/4 AEW Collision Results – Following Wednesday’s Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen, All Elite Wrestling presented its second show of the new year with AEW Collision on January 4, 2025. The event aired on TNT and Max from the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina, featuring a stacked card. Daniel Garcia headlined the night by defending his TNT Championship against Mark Briscoe. The show also included an exciting tag team match as The Learning Tree faced Rated FTR. Below are the complete results:

• Tony Schiavone, Matt Menard & Nigel McGuinness welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
• TNT Championship Match: Daniel Garcia (c) def. Mark Briscoe via Pinfall (Jack-Knife Pin).
• The Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir & Jon Moxley) cut a promo, with Yuta saying he was coming for Jay White. Jon Moxley then put over FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) for their contributions to tag team wrestling, but said they had crossed a line and created a new problem bringing in COPE with them. Moxley said he would not stop COPE from engaging against The Death Riders, but said he would only find hell on earth.
• Jeff Jarrett def. Aaron Solo via Pinfall (The Stroke).
• There was a vignette of Ricochet’s vicious attack on Swerve Strickland from the 1/1/2024 edition of AEW Fight for The Fallen.
• AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen) (c) def. Lio Rush & Action Andretti via Pinfall (Sunset Pin).
  • Top Flight (Darius Martin, Dante Martin & Leila Grey) watched the match from ringside. Dante interfered in the match, separating Lio Rush from Action Andretti to stop Andretti from grabbing the ropes.
• There was a vignette of Darby Allin and how he was sidelined by The Death Riders.
• Lexy Nair interviewed COPE, where he explained that he confronted The Death Riders because they interfered with his friends and said he wanted to be a proper world champion. ROH World Champion Chris Jericho interrupted and took offense with COPE forgetting he was also a world champion, but COPE said he respected him as a champion but he was still an asshole. After COPE left, Jericho said COPE was a “dope”.
• Toni Storm def. Deonna Purrazzo (w/ Taya Valkyrie) via Pinfall (Inside Cradle).
• “Hangman” Adam Page & Christopher Daniels argued backstage, where Daniels said he believed in Page as World Champion, but Page said he had not given him anything before saying Daniels was an old man clinging on to a sport that left him years ago before slapping him in the face. Daniels & Page then engaged in a brawl, with Daniels using his bald head to hit a series of headbutts, busting himself open. Daniels said he was still the Fallen Angel and Page would respect him.
• $100k High-Speed Collision Four Way: Brian Cage def. Dante Martin (w/ Leila Grey), Komander (w/ Alex Abrahantes) & The Beast Mortos via Pinfall (Weapon X on Dante Martin)
• The FTR-Runners (Turbo Floyd, Truth Magnum, Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) spoke with The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson). Floyd & Magnum tried to collect a debt from Morton & Gibson that was due since “1982”, but Morton instead apologized to them for the misunderstanding. The Outrunners & The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express buried the hatchet while FTR made their way to the ring for their match tonight.
• The Learning Tree (Chris Jericho, Big Bill & Bryan Keith) Def. Rated FTR (COPE, Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler).
  • We got a lot of action, including a Big Bill powerbomb on Harwood, before Cope hit Jericho with the Impaler. Cope went for the spear but Jericho hit the Codebreaker for a nearfall. The Learning Tree isolated Cope in their corner for a while before he got a tag into Wheeler. Wheeler ran wild on Big Bill, finally taking him down with a tornado DDT.
    
    Rated FTR hit Bill with a Double PowerPlex – well, a single Plex and a double Power. A triple Shatter machine got broken up, with Bill hitting a Bossman Slam. Jericho & Harwood had dual submissions on before Cope and Bill broke them up. Cope sent Bill to the floor and hit a big dive to the floor, with Harwood following with a big suicida. Harwood & Jericho were left, but as Harwood went up for a diving headbutt, Keith hit Harwood with the ROH Title for a long nearfall.
    
    Harwood moved out of the way of a Lionsault, and FTR hit Jericho with a Shatter Machine. Cope followed up with a spear, and the good guys won.
    
    After the match, Jon Moxley appeared on the screen before revealing that he had The Rock N’ Roll Express tied up in the back. The Outrunners came to try and help before Wheeler Yuta & Marina Shafir laid them out. The Death Riders bailed out before Copeland and the Death Riders could catch them in the back.
