Heath Reportedly Finished Up With IMPACT Wrestling – As reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Heath has officially left IMPACT Wrestling as his contract has reached its expiration.
His association with IMPACT concluded over the weekend of Bound For Glory, which took place on October 21. Heath had taken part in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at the event and made his final appearance for the company at IMPACT Bound For Glory Fallout on October 22. With his departure from IMPACT, Heath is now open to accepting bookings for future wrestling endeavors.
Heath, previously recognized as Heath Slater during his tenure in WWE, was among the superstars released in a series of layoffs in April 2020. In July 2020, the company rehired him for a one-time appearance. However, he declined a full-time contract, as he revealed that the offer was substantially lower than his previous WWE earnings.
Heath eventually made his debut with IMPACT Wrestling at Slammiversary 2020. His initial contract with the company was extended due to an injury early on in his IMPACT journey. Throughout his time with IMPACT, he and Rhino captured the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship, marking their second tag team title victory together after previously winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championship in WWE.
