Jon Moxley will be in action on the June 28 episode of AEW Dynamite.
AEW CEO Tony Khan announced that Moxley will face Tomohiro Ishii on the show. Moxley and Ishii clashed during a 10-man tag team match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, where The Elite (Hangman Page and the Young Bucks), Eddie Kingston, and Ishii defeated Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta), Shota Umino, and Konosuke Takeshita.
The singles bout will be a rematch of Moxley’s match with Ishii durig the NJPW G1 Climax in 2019.

Plus, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry will speak on the show. At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Perry unsuccessfully challenged SANADA for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Perry turned on FTW Champion HOOK, as he attacked his JungleHOOK partner.
AEW announced that fans will hear from Perry on the June 28 episode of AEW Dynamite, and he will presumably explain his actions.
