Braun Strowman Wins The WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 36

Braun Strowman Wins The WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 36
Braun Strowman defeated Goldberg to capture the title in a fairly short match on Night One of WrestleMania 36 to win the WWE Universal Title.

Strowman was a late addition to WrestleMania 36, replacing Roman Reigns. During the match, Strowman proved to be way too much for Goldberg, as he quickly overpowered the legend to claim the belt.

The match was over with fairly quick, as Strowman was able to withstand multiple spears early on. After Goldberg attempted a spear, Strowman countered and slammed Goldberg onto the mat, before following it with four more Powerslams and a pin.

This is Strowman's first run with the Universal Title. Goldberg won the belt back in January by defeating "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt at WWE Super ShowDown.
