Cody Rhodes Hits Punt Kick to Defeat Randy Orton at WWE Crown Jewel

The intense rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton reached a definitive conclusion in Riyadh, as Cody Rhodes wins at Crown Jewel by delivering a shocking Punt Kick to secure victory in a Last Man Standing match.

The bout served as the deciding rubber match between the former allies, with both superstars having traded single victories across their previous two encounters.

Chair Shot Counter and Triple Cross Rhodes

During a crucial sequence in the match, Orton lay dazed on top of the steel steps positioned inside the ring. Rhodes retrieved a steel chair and hesitated briefly before attempting a strike, allowing Orton to connect with a low blow to halt the attack.

Rhodes recovered rapidly, regaining control of the bout and laying out Orton with three consecutive Cross Rhodes.

Bloodshed and the Final Punt Kick Finish

The impact left Orton bleeding heavily on the canvas as the referee began the mandatory ten-count.

Refusing to let the match end on a standard count, Rhodes physically interrupted the referee to stop the count. The American Nightmare then backed up and delivered Orton’s own signature Punt Kick directly to The Viper’s head. Orton was unable to answer the referee’s ten-count, giving Rhodes the victory.
