Roman Reigns made a public appearance over the weekend, as the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion attended UFC Freedom 250. He was not alone, as several high-profile WWE figures were also present at the event.
Among those in attendance were WWE President Nick Khan, Triple H, Shane McMahon, and Shane’s son, Declan McMahon. The event drew attention due to the strong WWE presence, with multiple company representatives visible both in the crowd and during the broadcast.
Photos of Reigns at the event were shared on social media by TKO, with Reigns later reposting the image. Declan McMahon also posted content online, showing Nick Khan alongside his father during the show.
Roman Reigns UFC Freedom 250 appearance WWE presence
During the broadcast, both Roman Reigns and Triple H were shown on camera. Triple H’s appearance also ties into his involvement outside WWE, as he currently serves on U.S. President Donald Trump’s President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition.
The weekend included more than just the UFC event itself. WWE had an active role in activities leading up to the show, particularly with a fan fest held prior to the event on the South Lawn of the White House. Several WWE talents were scheduled to appear, including Charlotte Flair, The Miz, Trick Williams, Chelsea Green, The Usos, Tiffany Stratton, and Bron Breakker.
While Reigns was not officially listed for the fan fest, reports indicated that a number of WWE performers were interested in attending in an unofficial capacity.
Reigns’ presence at the event also comes after previous comments he made regarding politics. In a Vanity Fair feature released in April 2025 ahead of WrestleMania 41, Reigns spoke about his views and confirmed that he supported Donald Trump despite identifying as a registered Democrat.
He said, “I support our president. Trump is one of those guys where he’s got a vast history and a huge background. He’s been in entertainment. He’s been in big business, politics. At this point, I’m supporting a bright future for our country. Positive and competent leadership. For us to be what we’re supposed to be—to be a world leader and carry that respect and do what a world power like us should be doing.”
The appearance at UFC Freedom 250 highlights the continued crossover between WWE and major mainstream events. With top executives and talent present, the company maintained a visible presence throughout the weekend.
