Bianca Belair Shares Painful Recovery Update

Bianca Belair has provided a new update on her injury rehabilitation, marking her latest communication since being sidelined following WWE WrestleMania 41. The former champion posted a series of videos on Instagram, offering a direct look at the challenges she continues to face during recovery.

The footage showed Belair undergoing physical therapy, visibly reacting to discomfort as she worked through mobility exercises. Her expressions highlighted the ongoing difficulty of regaining full function, especially in her injured finger. Belair also shared a photo of her hand wrapped in a bandage, explaining the recurring setbacks she experiences.

She noted that her finger often stiffens after therapy sessions, creating the feeling of restarting the process each time. Belair added that she works to move the finger every hour to prevent scar tissue from forming again, emphasizing the slow and painful nature of her rehabilitation.

Belair suffered the injury during her triple threat match against IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley at WWE WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. The bout was widely praised as one of the standout performances of the event, but it left Belair dealing with a significant finger issue that forced her out of action for months.

Although she briefly returned as a special guest referee at Evolution 2025, Belair has not resumed in‑ring competition. Earlier this year, she underwent surgery in February 2026, extending her recovery timeline. Her latest update suggests that while progress continues, the road back remains demanding.

Belair’s transparency offers fans a clearer understanding of her current condition as she works toward an eventual return to WWE RAW. Her determination remains evident, even as the rehabilitation process proves challenging.
