NXT Vengeance Day has received multiple updates following a storyline‑heavy episode of WWE NXT on March 3, including a new match and a major stipulation.
The confrontation between Jaida Parker and Blake Monroe escalated quickly during their face‑to‑face segment. After Parker gained the upper hand, Monroe later appeared at the announcers’ desk and declared that their rivalry would conclude at Vengeance Day in a Street Fight. Their feud has intensified since last month, beginning with a double count‑out and continuing after Monroe injured Parker’s neck. Parker returned last week to attack Monroe, costing her a Speed Tournament match against Thea Hail.
Another major development involved DarkState and Tony D’Angelo. Throughout the show, DarkState attempted to target D’Angelo for costing them the NXT Tag Team Championship. D’Angelo confronted Dion Lennox in the crowd, stating that the hunter had become the hunted. He blamed Lennox for his downfall last year and claimed he had returned more dangerous than before. D’Angelo challenged Lennox to a match at Vengeance Day, noting that defeating him would complete one of his two goals since returning.
The NXT Women’s Championship picture also shifted. Sol Ruca interrupted the title match between Zaria and Jacy Jayne, attacking both competitors with the Sol Snatcher. With no winner declared, Robert Stone announced that he would reveal an official decision regarding the championship at Vengeance Day.
These developments have reshaped the card, adding intensity and clarity to the upcoming event.
