Dralístico Nears AEW Return After Receiving Medical Clearance

Dralístico Nears AEW Return After Receiving Medical Clearance – Dralístico is close to making his return to AEW after spending the past several months on the sidelines with injuries that have kept him out of action since late 2025.

The AEW star revealed in December that he had undergone surgery—details were not disclosed at the time—and had been attempting to work through ongoing ear issues before ultimately being pulled from competition in late October. His most recent match came in a trios bout where La Facción Ingobernable fell to Komander, Mark Briscoe, and Roderick Strong.

It has now been four months since Dralístico last wrestled, but there is finally positive movement regarding his status. According to Bryan Alvarez, Dralístico has been cleared by his personal doctors in Mexico and is now simply awaiting official clearance from AEW before he can return to television. “Dralistico is said to have been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is awaiting clearance from AEW, so he should be back soon,” Alvarez reported.

When Dralístico underwent surgery in December, he publicly thanked fans for their support and expressed gratitude toward Tony Khan for everything he has done for him. Dralístico has been part of AEW since 2023, working alongside his brother Rush as part of La Facción Ingobernable. Their younger brother, Dragon Lee, currently competes for WWE.

Rush is also out of action with a knee injury, leaving both brothers sidelined at the same time. With Dralístico now close to returning, AEW may soon regain one half of the duo while Rush continues his own recovery.

Dralístico’s return would provide a boost to AEW’s roster depth, especially within the LFI faction, which has been hit hard by injuries in recent months. Once AEW clears him, he is expected to resume in-ring action shortly thereafter.
