Brie Bella Back in WWE Full Time – Brie Bella has officially returned to WWE, and early indications suggest her comeback is more than a one-night appearance. Following the 2026 Royal Rumble, new details emerged pointing to Bella being back with the company alongside her twin sister, Nikki Bella.
Dave Meltzer addressed Brie Bella’s status in Sunday’s Daily Update, stating that her Royal Rumble appearance was not a one-off. According to Meltzer, “Brie Bella’s return last night was not a one-night thing. She’s going to be back for at least the time being.” The report confirmed that Brie is once again part of WWE’s plans, at least in the short term, following her surprise involvement at the premium live event.
Brie appeared to support that report with her own comments on social media. After the event, she posted a lengthy message expressing gratitude for the reception she received and strongly hinting at a continued run. Bella wrote, “I can’t even express the gratitude I’m feeling right now. It’s been a journey to get here but I’m back and it feels good!!! Love you Bella Army for always standing with your girl and thank you Riyadh for the very warm welcome, your chants and love meant everything. BRIEMODE IS ACTIVATED. And the Bella Twins are back!!!! YES! YES! YES!” The wording of the message suggested her return is part of something ongoing rather than a single nostalgia appearance.
At the Royal Rumble, Brie Bella entered the Women’s Royal Rumble match at number 29. She remained in the match for approximately seven minutes before being eliminated by Lash Legend. The appearance marked her first professional wrestling match since the 2022 Royal Rumble, making the moment significant both personally and historically within her WWE career.
Nikki Bella’s return to in-ring competition began last year. She initially entered a storyline with Liv Morgan before turning heel and aligning herself against Stephanie Vaquer. Nikki’s most recent WWE appearance came in December, when she competed in a three-way match on RAW, losing to Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez.
With both Bella Twins now active, WWE appears poised to feature them together once again, adding another established presence to the women’s division.
