Roman Reigns Wins Men’s Royal Rumble 2026 – The 2026 Royal Rumble premium live event concluded with the Men’s Royal Rumble match, with Roman Reigns emerging as winner for the second time, last eliminating GUNTHER. With a guaranteed world championship match at WrestleMania 42 on the line, the stakes could not have been higher as the final match of the night took center stage.
Oba Femi entered the match at number one, followed by Bron Breakker at number two. Before Breakker could even get started, a masked attacker appeared during his entrance and ambushed him. The attacker drove Breakker into the ring steps and hit a Curb Stomp before rolling him into the ring. Moments later, Oba Femi eliminated Breakker, ending his night almost immediately. The masked man then disappeared through the crowd, creating one of the most shocking moments of the match and suggesting larger plans for Breakker heading into WrestleMania season.
Solo Sikoa entered next, followed by Rey Mysterio. Matt Cardona then joined the match, but Oba Femi dominated the early portion with multiple eliminations. Damian Priest entered and squared off with Femi, followed by Je’Von Evans in his Royal Rumble debut. Mr. Iguana and Trick Williams followed, with Williams receiving a strong reaction from the crowd. Cody Rhodes entered at number eleven.
El Grande Americano entered next, followed by the return of Chad Gable as the original El Grande Americano. Royce Keys then made his WWE debut before Austin Theory and Bronson Reed entered. Ilja Dragunov joined soon after, followed by La Parka from AAA and Dragon Lee at number nineteen. Logan Paul entered next and assisted The Vision in eliminating Royce Keys.
LA Knight returned at number twenty-one to a loud reaction. Brock Lesnar followed, then The Miz. Rey Fenix entered during a tense moment between Lesnar and Oba Femi, with Lesnar eliminating Femi shortly before Jey Uso entered at number twenty-five. Cody Rhodes and LA Knight later teamed up to eliminate Lesnar.
Roman Reigns entered next, followed by Jacob Fatu. Penta entered after, then Randy Orton at number twenty-nine. GUNTHER entered last. Orton eliminated Je’Von Evans with an RKO, recreating a moment from NXT in 2024. Drew McIntyre appeared and eliminated Cody Rhodes, while Jacob Fatu was later eliminated. Jey Uso attempted to eliminate Reigns but was thrown out instead.
The final four were Roman Reigns, Logan Paul, Randy Orton, and GUNTHER. Reigns eliminated Logan Paul, Orton hit Reigns with an RKO, and GUNTHER eliminated Orton. The final battle came down to Reigns and GUNTHER. After trading near eliminations, Reigns countered a sleeper hold, delivered a spear, and threw GUNTHER over the top rope to win the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble.
With his second Royal Rumble win, Roman Reigns now earns a championship match at WrestleMania 42 against either World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk or Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.
