Bron Breakker Attacked by Hooded Figure Before Men’s Royal Rumble Elimination – A shocking moment took place before the Men’s Royal Rumble Match officially got underway at Royal Rumble 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as Bron Breakker was ambushed during his entrance to the match.
Breakker, who was scheduled to enter the Royal Rumble at number two, was attacked by a hooded individual while making his way to the ring. The unidentified attacker struck Breakker with a superkick, followed by a stomp, leaving him incapacitated before the match could properly begin. After the assault, Breakker was thrown into the ring, where the match resumed immediately.
Moments later, Breakker was eliminated by Oba Femi, who had entered the Royal Rumble at number one. Due to the damage from the attack, Breakker was unable to mount any offense before being sent over the top rope. The hooded figure then escaped through the crowd, leaving both fans and commentators questioning the attacker’s identity and motives.
The ambush drew immediate comparisons to a previous incident involving a masked individual in WWE. At Survivor Series during the Men’s WarGames Match, a hooded figure interfered and played a key role in taking out CM Punk. That individual was later revealed to be Austin Theory, acting in support of The Vision.
As of now, WWE has not officially identified the hooded attacker from the Royal Rumble incident. Commentary acknowledged the similarities to the Survivor Series angle but did not confirm whether Austin Theory was responsible for the attack on Breakker.
Breakker’s Royal Rumble appearance was one of the shortest of the match due to the assault, cutting short what many expected to be a strong showing. With Oba Femi eliminating Breakker almost instantly, the attack had a direct impact on the outcome of the early portion of the match.
Further developments are expected on upcoming WWE programming, as questions remain about who targeted Breakker and why, and whether The Vision is beginning to fracture ahead of WrestleMania season.
