Update on The Street Profits’ WWE Absence

Update on The Street Profits’ WWE Absence – A new update sheds light on why The Street Profits have been missing from WWE programming in recent months. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, neither Montez Ford nor Angelo Dawkins is dealing with an injury. Instead, WWE simply decided to give the duo some time away from television.

Dave Meltzer reported that the move was made to “freshen up” the team creatively, noting that both members are healthy and available. Their last match took place on October 24, 2025, at a WWE Main Event taping in Tempe, Arizona, where they defeated Angel and Berto. Their most recent SmackDown appearance was earlier that month on October 10, when they unsuccessfully challenged the Wyatt Sicks for the WWE Tag Team Championships in Perth, Australia.

Adding to the speculation surrounding their absence, Montez Ford posted a brief vignette to social media on November 10, 2025. The cryptic clip sparked discussion among fans, with many interpreting it as a tease for a potential character shift or new direction once the team returns to TV.

With both men healthy and WWE intentionally keeping them off-screen, it appears The Street Profits are being positioned for a refreshed presentation when they eventually resurface.
