TNA Wrestling Nears New U.S. Media Rights Deal – TNA Wrestling is reportedly on the verge of finalizing a new United States media rights deal, a move that could significantly reshape the company’s visibility heading into 2026. According to Jon Alba of The Takedown on SI.com, industry sources suggest that an announcement could come before the end of 2025, with AMC emerging as a potential broadcast partner. While no official confirmation has been made, the negotiations are said to be in their final stages.
TNA president Carlos Silva has been vocal about the company’s pursuit of a new broadcast home, emphasizing the need for a deal that elevates the weekly presentation of Impact. Silva has hinted at the possibility of airing live episodes rather than continuing with taped programming, a change that would align TNA more closely with competitors offering real-time broadcasts. Although Silva previously suggested a sixty-to-ninety-day window for a formal announcement back in July, the latest report indicates that progress has remained steady behind the scenes.
Internationally, TNA has already made major strides in 2025. In January, the company moved its Canadian programming to Sportsnet, filling the gap left when WWE shifted its content to Netflix. More recently, on November 4, TNA announced a partnership with Claro Sports, expanding its reach across Latin America, including Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and several other countries.
These global distribution deals highlight TNA’s commitment to expanding its footprint while awaiting confirmation of its next U.S. platform. If finalized, the new rights agreement could mark a turning point for the brand, potentially ushering in a new era of live weekly programming and broader mainstream exposure.
TNA’s next chapter may be closer than ever to unfolding.
