TNA President Carlos Silva Provides Update on New Television Deal – TNA Wrestling President Carlos Silva has shared an encouraging update regarding the company’s next television deal, revealing that negotiations are progressing and that a new platform could be finalized for 2026.
During his appearance on Jonathan Coachman’s Off The Ropes show, Silva discussed the ongoing talks and confirmed that he recently held another meeting to advance the process. According to Silva, the company’s legal team is actively working on the deal and making steady progress toward completion.
“It’s the same place we were last week. I sort of made some statements on a couple of platforms that we are literally, every single day — in fact, I had a call on Monday, and we’re working with lawyers to get the deal together so, I feel good about it, it’s moving forward, and we’re gonna get a deal done and we’re gonna be on a new platform in 2026,” Silva said. “Like everything, can’t really talk about it yet till the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed but I feel really good about it, I’m super excited about the partnership and where it’s gonna take TNA so, I would just say stay tuned. Give me a little bit of time but, it’s October 8th today, and 2026 isn’t far off so I think something’s gonna be in the books very soon.”
Silva has made several media appearances in recent weeks, emphasizing his vision to expand TNA’s reach and strengthen the promotion’s broadcast presence. While specific details regarding the network or streaming partner remain confidential, Silva’s comments suggest that TNA is closing in on a long-term distribution agreement.
The update comes on the heels of the successful NXT vs. TNA Showdown event, which marked a major collaborative milestone between the two brands. TNA’s next major event, Bound For Glory, is set for October 12, continuing what has been a pivotal year for the promotion.
