Steve Maclin’s TNA Contract Expires at End of 2025

Steve Maclin’s TNA Contract Expires at End of 2025 – Steve Maclin’s current TNA contract is set to expire at the end of 2025. Maclin signed a one-year extension with the company last year, and as it stands, his future beyond that remains uncertain.

Over the past several months, Maclin has been a key figure in the International Championship picture — a new title introduced earlier this year. He became the inaugural champion after defeating Eric Young and AJ Francis in a tournament final. Although Frankie Kazarian briefly dethroned him at Victory Road, Maclin regained the title at Bound for Glory earlier this month, marking his second reign with the belt.

Maclin’s journey in professional wrestling has been marked by reinvention. Before joining TNA, he competed in WWE under the name Steve Cutler, where he was part of The Forgotten Sons alongside Wesley Blake. The duo also briefly aligned with Baron Corbin on the main roster before Maclin was released in early 2021.

After arriving in TNA later that year, Maclin quickly established himself as a dominant singles competitor. His biggest achievement came in 2023 when he captured the TNA World Championship. His reign, however, lasted just 54 days before Alex Shelley defeated him to reclaim the title.

With his contract winding down in late 2025, speculation will likely grow regarding Maclin’s next move. Given his consistent performances and recent championship success, he remains one of TNA’s most valuable assets heading into the new year.
