Killer Kross Vs Matt Riddle Announced for MLW x Don Gato Tequila Special – Major League Wrestling has officially announced a major matchup for its upcoming MLW x Don Gato Tequila: Live Special, set for Thursday, November 20, at the Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, South Carolina. The event will stream live on YouTube and air on beIN SPORTS, marking MLW’s first show in Charleston in more than three decades.
The card will feature a long-awaited dream bout as Killer Kross, accompanied by Scarlett Bordeaux, faces off against Matt Riddle. Both competitors share a history as former training partners and accomplished fighters with backgrounds in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, making this contest one of MLW’s most anticipated encounters in recent years.
Kross makes his MLW return after a three-year absence, bringing significant momentum into the match. Over the past year, he has released a highly praised book, become one of wrestling’s top merchandise sellers, and re-established himself as one of the industry’s most sought-after stars. His return to MLW marks a statement moment in his continued resurgence.
Matt Riddle, meanwhile, began 2025 on top by winning the MLW World Heavyweight Championship, but his year has since been overshadowed by controversy and erratic behavior. Embracing his new “Rude Dude” persona, Riddle has fully leaned into his rebellious attitude, declaring a new era for himself — one defined by chaos, confidence, and a total disregard for public opinion.
MLW President Cesar Duran called the clash “a fight that blurs the line between respect and rivalry,” hinting at unfinished business between the two.
The show will also include appearances by Shotzi, Mistico, MLW World Heavyweight Champion Mads Krule Krugger, Donovan Dijak, Bishop Dyer, The Good Brothers, Blue Panther, Arn Anderson, Brock Anderson, Salina de la Renta, and Don Gato himself. Additional matches and special appearances will be announced in the coming weeks.
