Due to the injury, Ruca announced she was not medically cleared to defend her title against Monroe. Zaria volunteered to take her place, and Ava left the decision to Ruca, who gave her approval.
The match between Monroe and Zaria was an intense, back-and-forth contest filled with emotion and physicality. Monroe opened aggressively with a Thesz Press, but Zaria countered with a bicycle kick for an early near fall. The challenger immediately began working over Zaria’s arm, repeatedly targeting the shoulder and sending her into the turnbuckles. Despite the pain, Zaria battled back with a series of strikes, suplexes, and a spear, nearly scoring the upset. With determination, Zaria continued the match and seemed to have Monroe reeling. She hit multiple German suplexes and another spear, but Monroe managed to escape a potential F5 attempt and countered into a Fujiwara armbar. Zaria rolled through and nearly caught Monroe with a pin, but the challenger recovered quickly, landing a devastating jumping knee for a close two-count.
The closing moments saw chaos spill to the outside when Monroe tripped Ruca at ringside, distracting Zaria. As Zaria went to check on her partner, Monroe capitalized with a forearm strike to the back, followed by a DDT on the floor. She then rolled Zaria back into the ring and delivered her finishing move, the Glamour Shot, to secure the three-count and the championship.
