Roman Reigns Vs Bronson Reed Reportedly Set for WWE Crown Jewel– According to a new report from Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline, an internal WWE lineup sheet for the October 11 show lists Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed as the main event. The document reportedly includes five matches in total, with the Reigns vs. Reed bout marked with a “stipulation to be determined.”
This match stems from the ongoing feud between the reformed Bloodline and RAW’s dominant faction, The Vision. Reigns made his surprise return to WWE on the September 29 episode of RAW, coming to the aid of The Usos after Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed launched a post-match assault. The confrontation set the stage for a potential collision between Reigns and Reed at Crown Jewel.
Reigns has been off television since the Clash in Paris event on August 31, where he was attacked and stretchered out following a brutal ambush by Breakker and Reed. That event marked his last in-ring appearance before taking time away to film his role as Akuma in the upcoming Street Fighter movie.
The expected Reigns vs. Reed match adds even more star power to an already stacked lineup for WWE Crown Jewel in Perth. The confirmed matches so far include:
- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins in a battle of brand supremacy to determine the Men’s Crown Jewel Champion.
- Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer vs. WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton to determine the Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.
- John Cena vs. AJ Styles in a highly anticipated encounter on Cena’s ongoing retirement tour.
- Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky vs. The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) in a tag team grudge match.
