More Conflicting Reports on Hulk Hogan’s Health – Conflicting reports have surfaced regarding the current health status of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, leaving fans uncertain about the 72-year-old wrestling legend’s condition. Two longtime associates of Hogan — radio host Bubba The Love Sponge and former WWE star Jacques Rougeau — have offered sharply different updates.
Speaking on his radio show, Bubba The Love Sponge claimed Hogan’s condition is serious, though he walked back earlier claims that Hogan was near death. Bubba stated Hogan had been discharged from the hospital and was now at home in a hospital bed, suggesting that the focus has shifted to keeping him “comfortable.”
“Here’s what I got from my security guard,” Bubba explained. “That he was transported to his house, but he’s in a hospital bed. They’ve gone as far as they can go at the hospital. Now they’re keeping him comfortable.”
When asked if Hogan was in hospice care, Bubba said that wasn’t the terminology used but added that Hogan is not in a condition requiring constant emergency care. He also alleged that extreme privacy measures were taken during Hogan’s transfer, likening the situation to the secrecy surrounding Michael Jackson’s final days.
“My source says, allegedly, it was all done through like the loading docks, with unmarked ambulances followed by an escort… That happened in the middle of the night,” Bubba added.
In contrast, Jacques Rougeau, who shared the ring with Hogan during their wrestling careers, rejected the severity of Bubba’s account. Posting on Facebook, Rougeau said he had personally spoken with Hogan’s son Nick, who reassured him that Hogan is recovering well from a recent neck surgery.
“For all of you spreading rumors about my man Hulk Hogan being between life and death, you are wrong,” Rougeau wrote. “He’s recuperating slowly from a neck operation but it’s going well. I just talked with his son Nick and he told me all is well, he’s getting better.”
Hogan has been absent from the public eye for several weeks, with his last known appearance dating back to May. The vastly different updates from two people close to him have only added to the uncertainty surrounding his health.
For now, Hogan’s fans are left awaiting official confirmation or a public statement from the WWE Hall of Famer or his immediate family.
