Spoiler on a New Bloodline Member’s Imminent Debut – A familiar name from New Japan Pro-Wrestling may be making his WWE television debut very soon, as PWInsider reports that Hikuleo is currently scheduled to be backstage at the June 13 edition of SmackDown in Lexington, Kentucky.
The towering 6’8” star, son of wrestling legend Haku, has been with WWE since signing in the summer of 2024. Though officially listed under the NXT banner, Hikuleo has not yet made an on-screen debut for any brand. His presence at this week’s SmackDown taping could indicate that WWE is preparing to introduce him as the newest member of The Bloodline storyline.
This development comes shortly after the major split between Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Money in the Bank, where tensions within the new incarnation of The Bloodline boiled over. The faction has been seeking new direction, and Hikuleo’s addition would give Solo’s group added size, legitimacy, and a deeper connection to the Anoa’i wrestling dynasty.
Hikuleo, 34, brings a wealth of experience from his eight-year tenure in NJPW. A graduate of the Team 3D Academy, he was trained by The Dudley Boyz before moving to Japan, where he joined the Bullet Club and became one of NJPW’s most imposing figures. He captured the IWGP Tag Team Championship alongside El Phantasmo and also held the NJPW Strong Openweight Championship.
WWE has been gradually elevating new members of the extended Samoan family in recent months, as the fractured Bloodline storyline continues to evolve. Solo Sikoa has asserted dominance and recruited new allies, and Hikuleo’s debut would mark another major addition to the ongoing narrative.
