Though he didn’t publicly name an opponent, fan speculation has consistently pointed to a match with GUNTHER, especially after the two had a tense face-to-face encounter at Bad Blood in 2024.
Bodyslam’s report adds, “Goldberg is reportedly planned to return next week on Monday Night RAW, guessing he will be coming for Gunther, as expected months back.”
On this week’s RAW, GUNTHER reclaimed the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Jey Uso, further solidifying his dominant presence on the red brand. His decisive win may have opened the door for Goldberg to confront him, particularly with a potential final match looming.
