Once the action began, Jade used her power advantage, including a vertical choke lift and a backbreaker, while Perez countered with strategic targeting of Cargill’s leg. At one point, Perez dropkicked Jade into the ring steps and followed up with focused offense, repeatedly working the injured knee and keeping the powerhouse grounded.
Despite the damage, Jade fought back, delivering a fallaway slam, a spinebuster, and a chokeslam. However, her compromised leg kept the outcome in doubt. Perez nearly pulled off the upset with a well-executed La Mistica and Scorpio Rising combination for a dramatic near fall.
