Moose to Defend TNA X-Division Title Against Lexis King on NXT – As noted, TNA X-Division Champion Moose made a surprise appearance on the February 18 episode of WWE NXT, confronting NXT Champion Oba Femi in the opening segment. However, his night wasn’t over just yet.
Backstage, Moose crossed paths with WWE Heritage Cup Champion Lexis King. King, who recently scored a victory over The System’s JDC on NXT, wasted no time in making his presence felt. He reminded Moose of his win and seemed eager to continue proving himself.
Moose, never one to back down from a challenge, responded by offering King a shot at the TNA X-Division Championship on the February 25 episode of NXT. The timing couldn’t be more fitting, as the event is set to take place in King’s hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. Without hesitation, King accepted the challenge, setting the stage for a high-stakes title match this weekend.
The upcoming bout marks another significant moment in the growing WWE-TNA crossover. Since the official partnership between the two promotions was announced, multiple TNA stars—including Jordynne Grace and Joe Hendry—have made appearances in NXT. Now, Moose will put his title on the line against King, adding another chapter to this developing relationship.
With King looking to make a statement in front of his hometown crowd and Moose determined to showcase TNA’s dominance, their clash on February 24 promises to be a must-watch encounter.
