John Cena Posts Peacemaker Teaser – John Cena is set to reprise his role as Peacemaker in a second season of the Max series, Peacemaker. The announcement comes following the success of the show’s first season, which premiered in January 2022.
Directed and written by James Gunn, the first season of Peacemaker saw Cena’s character, Peacemaker, getting his own spotlight after his appearance in The Suicide Squad, another project helmed by Gunn.
The second season is expected to commence filming once Gunn completes his work on “Superman: Legacy.” Cena teased the news with a post on Instagram, hinting at what’s to come for Peacemaker and his adventures.
