Addressing fan discussion online regarding the announced cards, Punk made his intentions clear:
“I’m gonna work both shows.”
The December 14 special edition of RAW will host the inaugural John Cena Classic, bringing together competitors across RAW, SmackDown, and NXT.
The action continues the following evening, Tuesday, December 15, with the Avengers: Doomsday-themed Worlds Collide supercard, featuring talent from WWE, NXT, and Lucha Libre AAA.
While WWE management has yet to confirm Punk’s official match assignments for either night, his public statement puts him directly at the center of the blockbuster weekend.
Heavy Schedule Across WWE Brands
Punk’s target for back-to-back December dates comes alongside a busy autumn schedule. In addition to his main roster presence, Punk has maintained a consistent role in NXT, mentoring emerging talent backstage and challenging Grayson Waller for the NXT Championship.
